After Hair Transplantation With Adonis
What to look out for after a hair transplant
After the "hair transplant" there are some situations that are quite normal. These situations do not adversely affect your health, but are completely under your control. We have prepared step by step what will come to you after the operation.
What will you experience?
During the operation, saline is injected under the scalp to slightly lift the skin off your head. There is a risk that the injected saline may flow down after the operation and try swelling around your eyes. To prevent this possible risk, a bandage will put on your head after the operation. This will prevent the injected solution from flowing down and cause swelling and will not bother you.
Swelling after surgery
Medications and treatment methods used during surgery make your head swell. Although this swelling persists for a short time after the operation, it disappears completely after a short time.
Itching in the healing process
It is envisaged that the wounds at the donor site in the donor area and channels to be transplanted will occur and will recover in a short time. During this healing process, itching occurs in the donor area and transplanted area. You should not touch these areas by hand. Itching is not a harmful situation, on the contrary, itching is a sign of a quick healing process.
You can continue aftercare alone. Our assistants will explain to you exactly how you have to take the necessary medication and what you have to consider. The bandage will removed on the day of aftercare and does not have to be put on again. You can use the special hat for hair transplants if the look should bother you.
3rd - 4th Day
You can gently wash your hair by massaging your hair (without using your nails) with the hair lotion and shampoo that you received from us.
7rd - 14th Day
Thanks to the ongoing washing process, the crusts fall out in the transplanted area and you have your normal appearance.
Process 1st to 3rd month
In this process, your transplanted hair, also known as a shock loss, will fall out. There is nothing to fear here, this is a normal course and should even be. After the shock loss, the hair of the transplanted area enters the growth phase.
Process 4th to 6th month
After the shock loss, you will find that your hair grows faster during this process and that the transplanted hair has reached half of the estimated natural appearance.
Process 7th to 12th month
The transplanted grafts will become thicker between the 7th and 12th months and you will notice that the density of the hair increases.
You will see the result on your transplanted hair 100%. You can enjoy having found your old hair. It will be our greatest pride to see you happy and to receive your positive comments.
We wish you to happily continue your life with your new hair.
